ESNEFT Communication Skills at the End of Life
Welcome to ESNEFT and the Health & Wellbeing Alliance online communication skills training. We hope you will enjoy this course.
Your manager should hopefully have given you a printed copy of the pamphlet that explains how to approach this course. If not it is attached for you to print in the introduction section.
What will this course offer me?
This free online course aims to help you develop your communication skills.
These will be useful in many different clinical scenarios – but this training focuses particularly on the needs of patients who are palliative or approaching the end of life, and their families.
What do I need to do?
The course runs over 2 weeks. Over this period, you will need to commit to 15 minutes learning every day. You will be supported by your line manager and should meet them individually at the end of the course. Once you have completed the course you will receive a certificate of learning for your records.
