Models of governance in the NHS

This course looks at the governance arrangements in each of the three main types of NHS organisation: integrated care boards, NHS trusts and NHS foundation trusts. It explores how the models differ.
Once completed, you will be able to illustrate the effect of lessons learned from governance failings in the NHS, as well as being able to identify and describe the role of clinical governance in the NHS.
