look at your social style and utilise this to enable self development of own leadership. one tool isnt ever perfect or predictable. appraoch with curiosity and dont take everything as distinct and rigid answers, just part of your self exploration. there are 4 social styles.
this easy tool has good explanation on the webpage and can be useful to do as a team, with peers. to enable refelctive conversation and inform you about your natural bahaviours and tendencies.

develop through using a comprehensive personality test and increase self-awareness. By learning about other people's characteristics, we may improve our empathy and collaborative skills. Merrill-Reid were psychologists, developing the tool.
