As part of the HEE NW summer 2022 Education Transformation Conference, colleagues from Lancashire and South Cumbria ICSexploredthe approaches adopted by key stakeholders in Lancashire and South Cumbria to identify and develop a vision for sustainable, innovative and meaningful learning in clinical practice. They identifiedkey learning from the implementation of EELE funded projects and examined how collaborative working, the sharing of learning and commitment to core values has enabled the emergence of a Clinical Placement Strategy that values learners and educators as central to facilitating a future workforce that is able to deliver high quality safe care.
