In August 2022, HEE's National Work Experience Network hosted a 'Let's Discuss: Understanding meaningful approaches to encounters and experiences' session. The session was delivered by Erica Chamberlain, Senior Business Partnerships Manager and Marie Jobson, Education Practice and Development Manager from The Careers and Enterprise company.

In this session, the CECsupported attendees to think and reflect on their current outreach with young people and consider how effective it has been in achieving their intended aims and impact. They also consider how you can work with schools and colleges to understand the needs of young people attending the encounters and experiences you provide and how you can evaluate the effectiveness of your outreach.
