376 Business Continuity Management
RDaSH - Business continuity enables managers and staff to have plans in place to make sure the team can deliver their functions when disruption occurs. Having a plan in place is a legal requirement for the trust. The plan needs to identify what the team does, what resources are needed and contingencies for dealing with various risks. 9
