The Role Emerging Placements guide is designed to provide organisations and individuals with pathways, practical guidance and resources to identify and develop new Practice Base Learning and emerging new roles.
This guide is particularly useful for those organisation from different sectors (primary care, voluntary, charity, private, social care and main stream education, etc.) who are considering to create a new practice based learning opportunities for our future workforce (Health and Social Care professionals in training), while benefiting from the knowledge and skills students bring with them when joining any service. Our REP infographic gives you a brief overview of these benefits.
The HNY REP steering group has worked diligently to ensure that this guide is comprehensive, easy to read/ use, and accessible to everyone. The guide includes step by step instructions, experiences, practical tools and templates to help you identify, establish and develop as a new Placement provider and support health and social care workforce.
We believe that this guide will be a valuable resource for organisations from across the whole system, that are looking to stay ahead in their respective field.
