Students from Sheffield Hallum University on placments with SY AHP Faculty (Rebecca Davies, Gemma Dineen, Elisha Heckler and Simran Sandhu) conducted a questionnaire to investigate what final year Allied Health Professionals require from preceptorship due to the reduction in retention in newly qualified AHPs .
The results show that final year AHP students are becoming increasinglyanxious about entering clinical practice post-graduation. The results indicatethat AHP students in their final year believe that they would benefit from pre-preceptorship.
