Suggestions provided by participants during the webinar Supporting your trainees to be reflective (group a), in response to exploring the "reflect" competencies / training activities:
- Question or prompt to aid the trainee in reflecting on the experience and you to assess their reflection
- One step you could encourage the trainee to take to make the most of their experiences
The responses are specific to the competencies / training activities "attend"; "shadow" and "observe" which makes them useful as a tool to support trainees in the rotation competencies / training activities, alongside the generalquestions and steps which you can access by clicking this link(opens in a new window).
