Record a Did Not Attend Outcome (DNA) on a Patient who Failed to Attend their Operation
In this module we are going to show you how to record that a patient has failed to attend their elective admission date. This is referred to as a DNA (Did not attend).
Patient's who fail to attend their elective admission without informing the Hospital are classed as DNA's and this needs to be recorded against the patient's activity.
