RISCI ventilator free breathing (VFB) weaning guidelines for spinal cord injured (SCI) patients 2023
RISCI is a multi-disciplinary group concerned with the management of spinal cord injured patients requiring respiratory support
They have updated their guidelines to offer guidancefor a co-ordinated MDT approach to progressive VFB weaning from a ventilator for individuals with a spinal cord injury.
