Quantitative Evaluation Guide and FACQs (Frequently Asked Clarification Questions)
For use by Evaluators assessing quantitative social value submissions (i.e. targets and supporting descriptions) set against the NHS London TOMs.
NHS LPP have designed a Frequently Asked Clarification Questions manual (FACQs) to assist Evaluators assessing quantitative social value responses against the NHS London TOMs in a timely and efficient manner. The FACQs were designed following LPP’s experience supporting trusts to evaluate quantitative social value responses. Common errors/mistakes made by bidders responding to the TOMs were identified and used to inform the list of FACQs.
