Pharmacy Educational Supervisor Training programme
The elearning programme aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills needed in practice or educational supervision roles. It will enable learners to gain confidence and satisfaction from their supervision activities, improve the training experiences of trainees and enhance learners’ contributions to the development of a highly skilled pharmacy workforce.
Module 1, Core skills: takes around 2 hours to complete on average.
Module 2, Enhanced skills: takes around 3 hours to complete the main sections and learners can select to complete further learning on specific pharmacy training programmes.
Access to this training programme is via the e-learning for healthcare website. Registration is free to all NHS staff.
