SystmOne Countersigning Competencies
Purpose: To demonstrate that a sufficient level of competency has been reached to meet standards for good record keeping and allow staff to record entries in the patient record without the need for countersigning.
Applies to: All unregistered staff working in LSW and UHP who use the electronic patient record system, SystmOne.
