The aim of this session is to enable you to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence in rehabilitation and to understand how it can reduce the impact on the different needs and symptoms that are common in people with LTCs. In this session we will cover the following:
- anxiety, worry and depression
- de-conditioning
- breathlessness
- cognitive function
- communication
- fatigue
- sleep
