ASPIRING DRIECTORS - TAKING THE NEXT STEP
There are certain skills, experiences and behaviours that interview panels, and appointing Chief Executives, look for aspiring Directors to demonstrate to show they are ready for their first Executive Director position. These are in addition to and complement the ability of individuals to demonstrate the competencies and behaviours outlined in the NHS Leadership Competency Framework for Board-Level Leaders and “Our Leadership Way”.
