About this workbook
This workbook has been developed to give you the space to help think about what is next for you in your career and what will help you get there. It is a collection of exercises designed to generate some thoughts and help keep you accountable to the steps you need to take to further your career to the next step; whether that be an Executive Director role, or another senior leadership role.
It is not a tool that will give you all of the answers, or that will assess what you should do but should be used as a way to reflect on what you have learnt.
