WRITING EFFECTIVE ACHIEVEMENTS USING THE FAB MODEL
The work experience sections on most people’s CVs usually just mirror job descriptions. However, what will stand you in good stead is not just writing about what you have done (i.e. your responsibilities) but more importantly highlighting what you have delivered, where you have made a difference and added value (i.e. your achievements). This helps bring your CV to life and portrays you as a strong candidate. Putting more focus on achievements and writing impactful sentences will give you a greater chance of success.
