Inspiring the Future Workforce with Immersive Technologies workshop - Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust
This interactive workshop was aimed at healthcare professionals, human resource managers, and employment specialists to explore how emerging technologies can shape the future employability of health workers. Participants tried a range of innovative technologies including Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and immersive learning, to understand their potential in recruitment, training, and professional development. The session encouraged discussion and collaboration.
The objectives of the 'Inspiring the Future Workforce with Immersive Technologies' workshop were to:
- Showcase a range of emerging technologies
- Foster collaboration among participants
- Gather feedback on potential local applications of these technologies.
