You’ve been successful at interview and are offered the position, what aspects of your package and terms of employment can you reasonably expect to be able to negotiate on?
When appointed to a new position, there are a range of policies that may be standard across NHS organisations. However, it is also likely that there will be some flexibility around some of the terms, conditions, benefits or arrangements that apply in your new post. Here is a list and some guidance regarding how you might approach your offer negotiation.
