Analysing your skills can help you identify your strengths and clarify how you can use these in your next role, which in turn, will help you develop your career. It will enable you to pick out your talent, transferable skills and sell your skill set to a potential employer. This can be a useful and rewarding process to go through, but you need to use a variety of methods of analysis to ensure you get the most valuable assessment and results. You can do your own informal analysis of your skills, using the techniques below.
