TED Team Leader Training Part 1
TED stands forTeam Engagement and Development and is a tool specifically created for the NHS, based on the research of how to develop high performing, effective and engaged teams.A number of teams have already used TED as part of the initial phase and have fed back that’s it’s been a helpful way to understand where they need to take action, and agree ways forward as a team.
This short e-learning module will demonstrate how TED can support team leaders and covers:
- Why team engagement matters
- Key features of an effective team
- Using the TED tool
- Using TED to identify your team's strengths and areas for development
Part 2 of the TED Team Leader training will cover the practical process of using TED within your teams and can be booked via ESR.
