Core managers: Noticing and challenging microagressions (Educator / Leader)
Microaggressions are subtle and can often be overlooked. Nonetheless, they have severe consequences for the emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing of individuals affected.
This course is designed for managers and supervisors working in healthcare facilities. On this four-week course from the London Race Strategy Team and the NHS Leadership Academy, you’ll learn what microaggressions look like, and what you can do to challenge them in any healthcare facility.
A free upgrade is available for NHS staff who register for the course using the above link.The upgrade means that you’ll receive a certificate of completion as well as unlimited access to the course sessions and materials.

This e-learning module takes 4 weeks at 2 hours per week (2024) delivered by future learn but free to NHS staff via the leadership academy
