Not yet rated

The AHP Educator Career Framework sets national standards for Allied Health Professionals involved in education across all career stages and settings. It promotes education as a core pillar of practice and supports individuals, managers, and organisations to develop educator roles. The framework includes six domains: Responsibility & Accountability, Inclusive Leadership, Community & Co-production, Formal Knowledge & Skills, Digital & Sustainability, and Research & Quality Improvement. It is guided by principles of equality, diversity, inclusion, and lifelong learning, offering flexible, non-linear career pathways. It aims to raise the profile of AHP educators, improve CPD, and align with NHS workforce strategies, with future ambitions for national accreditation.
