Scope of Practice for Newly Qualified Pharmacist Prescribers in General Practice – Recommendations and Principles
This document sets out recommendations and principles relating to the scope of practice for newly qualified pharmacist prescribers in general practice and primary care networks (PCNs). It was developedby a task and finish group sponsored by the North West ICB Chief Pharmacists. The group was convened to consider, amongst other things, common principles that could be applied to a scope of practice for newly qualified pharmacists working in general practice and PCNs across the North of England.
