This session explores the pivotal role of flexible working (FW) in enhancing staff retention, inclusion and wellbeing. Participants will gain insight into the strategic value that flexible working brings and learn how to cultivate a culture that supports and sustains it. Further the session will examine the responsibilities of leaders, teams, and individuals in enabling flexible working practices, while addressing common barriers. Finally, learners will be equipped with practical approaches to applying flexible working principles in real-life scenarios.
