This is the recording of an educational webinar titled ‘Opportunities for infection diagnostics in the shift from hospital to community care' held in partnership with bioMérieux on 22 October 2025. The webinar was delivered by Katy Heaney, Point of Care Testing Specialty Lead and a Consultant Clinical Scientist at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust; and Mandy Townsend, Associate Director at Health Innovation North West Coast and a biomedical scientist. It was chaired by Professor Angharad Davies, RCPath Clinical Director for Publishing and Engagement. This is the second in a series of 3 webinars being delivered by RCPath in partnership with bioMérieux in 2025-6.
