Toxicological pathology sits at the intersection of pathology, pharmacology, and regulatory science yet it is often an underexplored career pathway for many veterinarians, veterinary pathologists and scientists in training. This webinar aims to explore what toxicologists and toxicological pathologists do in practice, how their roles differ and overlap, and where each fits within the broader landscape of preclinical and regulatory science.

We will hear from speakers working across industry, contract research organisations (CROs), and academia, covering key employers in the UK, Ireland, and Europe, and what they look for in candidates. The webinar will also map out the training routes available including the FRCPath Toxicology pathology specialty and the European College of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology.
