This elearning supports nurses, allied health professionals, pharmacists, psychologists and supportive and assistive workers who provide cancer care or aspire to develop a career in cancer services. It helps learners understand the knowledge, skills and core capabilities required across clinical practice, leadership and management, research and evidence-based practice, quality improvement and specialist cancer education. Learners can use the education framework and career pathways to assess development needs, plan learning and progress through supportive, registered, enhanced, advanced, consultant or strategic leadership levels of practice.
