Every year over 400 lives in the UK are lost due to fires at home and at work with the Fire and Rescue Services attending over 800,000 fire and false alarm incidents.*

The outcome of fire in hospitals can be especially serious because of the difficulties associated with the emergency evacuation of patients.

This course on fire safety is for everyone who works at the Trust and will provide you with essential information that will keep you, your colleagues, patients and members of the public safe.
