Module Learning Outcomes

  • Compare and contrast mentoring, coaching and supervision.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills.
  • Understand different styles of questioning, including closed questions for clarification & open questions for exploration.
  • Be able to empower others to make their own decisions.
  • Be able to facilitate others to encourage discourse and have difficult conversations in a psychologically safe space.
