Conflict Resolution
This has been designed to develop your understanding of Conflict Resolution and help you apply this to your own professional practice.
The course will look at how we communicate, and what emphasis can be placed on non-verbal communication such as body language and gestures, particulary in conflict situations.
It will look at how and why communication sometimes fails, and help you develop effective communication skills, along with conflict management strategies and techniques to minimise the risk to yourself and others.
