A transformation project to improve and update GP teaching
This article highlights 3 innovative changes that allowed the Shropshire GP Trainingscheme to transform the educational experience and shared narratives and were easily transferable to video learning in the pandemic.The strategies used are being adopted across the West Midlands GP training schemes and can be applied across any specialty training for groups of any size, provided there is good trainee engagement from the beginning. This document outlines the strategies and do's and dont's for taking them forward.
