Take control of your Phone use with ScreenTime and Moment
If you are anything like us them you’ll also find that sometimes you need a break from screentime and a rest from scrolling through twitter and pinterest. However, these pesky social media designers work hard to make their sites as attractive (and addictive) as possible! So what can we do to make sure we give ourselves a break? IOS have released a native Screen Time function within their software, this enables you to schedule in some downtime or restrict how long you spend each day using social media. Here’s a quick overview of the features (if you are an android user with similar trouble curbing phone use, check out the Moment app, they have now made available on Google stores).
