Understanding Bladder & Bowel
In this course you will examine the principles and practice of promoting continence with those who suffer with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction and will understand the normal function of the bladder and bowel and other relevant organs and the essential elements in the maintenance of continence.
By the end of the course you will learn how to recognise and assess the common conditions experienced and will identify how to effectively treat the symptoms and support the person to self manage their condition.
