Confidence development in students is essential to safe practice, raising concerns, articulating learning needs, asking questions and being able to admit personal limitations.

The promotion of a safe learning environment and culture is dependent on kindness, compassion, respect and civility, all the ingrediants necessary to nurture a student's confidence development.
