Springpod is a careers enablement platform which offers young people the opportunity to explore pathways and gain meaningful work experience to help them secure their next steps after school.
Planning, organising and delivering a meaningful work experience programme can be an elaborate process. From a young person’s perspective, they might not be able to travel to their desired placement, and there are only a limited number of opportunities. Work Experience 2.0 by Springpod aims to shake this process up by bringing together NHS Trusts to deliver a work experience programme online, in a safe & interactive environment.
During this event Springpod will:
• Provide an introduction to their platform
• Give an insight to a case study on a pilot programme Springpod ran in July with West London NHS Trust
• Outline statistics on work experience completed
