HEE Online-Party Provider Live Event 6: Medic Mentor Recording

Medic Mentor has designed and developed a Virtual Live Work Experience programme preliminary aimed at aspiring medical, dental, and allied health students with restricted work experience opportunities as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To date the programme has reached 15,000 students nationwide. The longitudinal programme is patient centered permitting students to gain insight into the patients journey from initial assessment, diagnosis, examination and follow up.

The programme is complemented by facilitated teaching workshops highlighting NHS core values and key transferable skills required to work in healthcare and how to develop them.
