Pre-registration eating, drinking and swallowing competencies

This course is designed for pre-registration speech and language therapy students to aid completion of the pre-registration eating, drinking, and swallowing competencies. On completion of the programme students should send a copy of their assessment results to their higher education institute as part record of achievement of the competencies. Please note that completion of this course does not entitle the learner to work independently with people with eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties but may be a useful adjunct to formal training.
