This video worshopwas produced by the RCSLT in response to concerns from both newly qualified practitioners (NQPs) and NHS managers and supervisors about how to support NQPs to develop their knowledge skills and experience. They recognised that the COVID-19 pandemic has had significant impact on the learning opportunities for speech and language therapy student; and as a result, NQPs may feel unprepared or lack confidence when starting their first job. This was therefore a supportive resource aimed at clinicians, managers, and CENs
