Bullying and harassment have a negative impact on individuals, teams, the Trust and on the patient.
We all have a responsibility to raise a concern on behalf of ourselves or others if we witness something inappropriate.
The purpose of this learning is:
• To give you an understanding of what constitutes bullying and harassment
• To help you to understand what you should do if you have any concerns.
