391 RFH CERT Conflict Resolution
The purpose of this course is to provide you with an understanding of conflict resolution and management of conflict situations. You will have the opportunity to complete this course 3 times. If you fail the session after the 3rd attempt you will be required to attend a face to face session on conflict resolution.
