Impact Framework
As part of our role supporting large scale change programmes within NHS England, the Improvement Capability Building and Delivery team has developed a framework to systematically capture the impact of these programmes of work.The Impact Frameworkhas been developed based on approaches used by others in the field of developmental evaluation, tailored to support improvement work in complex systems.
