A 37-year male presented with trismus. Intra-oral examination revealed right side buccal and lingual expansion extending from the first premolar (LR4) tooth to retromolar region. An OPT reveals a multilocular radiolucent lesion extending from the LR4 to ramus with involvement of the coronoid. Root resorption of molar teeth present.
