BERTIEonline - free online elearning on Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
BERTIE online is a free online education resource about Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. It is aimed primarily at patients with T1DM but is important for health professionals to complete as well as it covers first principles including:
- carbohydrate counting
- adjusting insulin dosing regimens
- pregnancy and T1DM
- alcohol and T1DM
Recommended for those undertaking placements in diabetes medicine to complete.
