This report contains resources available on the NW Education Transformation Catalogue of the NHS Learning Hub on - or related to - RePAIR (Reducing Pre-Registration Attrition and Improving Retention) Projects.
The RePAIR initiative is a national project which aims to reduce attrition from healthcare programmes. Extensive healthcare and educational research suggest that one of the most vulnerable points for a learner, which may culminate in a decision to pause or discontinue their studies, falls at the time of their first episode of practice placement.
The aim of this report is to provide a streamlined overview of the resources available, so stakeholders can utilise them to support with education and activity around a given topic.
