PDF: Primary Care and General Practice Nursing Career and Core Capabilities Framework
The aim of this document is for employers to identify what skills they require their Nursing Associate to undertake and support them in achieving these. It is to be used in conjunction with the ‘NA's in PC Supporting Document’.
It remains the responsibility of the employer to agree these skills, and the document is in no way a mandate for what skills a Nursing Associate can do.
