An EDI perspective into incident reporting - recording

A workshop that explores how to tackle Equality, Diversity and Inclusion incidents within the workplace. Some of the underpinning theories of discrimination and incident reporting culture are explored. Includes case scenario discussion on real life anonymous incidents that have been reported in NWL NHS therapy services, and the barriers to reporting and actions.
