The aim of the training is to provide an overview of the procurement service, details on how to navigate Oracle and raise orders correctly and how to fully utilise purchasing systems to get the most from them.
Once completed, learners shouldhave knowledge of:
- What procurement is and its function within the trust
- How to navigate Oracle successfully
- How to raise catalogue and non-catalogue orders
- How to receipt goods and services
- How to navigate and utilise NHS Supply Chain
This training is intended for anyone who will have requisitioning responsibility within their role or requires additional training.This would be ideal for new starters to the Trust.
