Administration and Clerical staff training course dates 2024
Administration and Clerical face-to-face 1 day study day's are being delivered within the East of England, for staff working within Endoscopy. These courses will be delivered within different areas of the region to ensure access for all. These courses will cover the below aspects:
- Endoscopy Knowledge & Skills (Including GRS & JAG requirements)
- Productive Teamwork and Cooperation
- Planning & Communication
- Supporting Patients & Carers
- Conducting Effective Booking & Scheduling
- Developing Resilience & Influence
